Discord Disconnect issue

  • Hi,

    We have connected discord and attached roles with PMPro memberships level, furthermore we have PMPro woocommerce addon and we have connected memebrship levels with woocommerce subscription products and also added dicord connect button in woocommerce my-account, but we are facing this issue: when woo subscription renewal fee gets charged then dicord get disconnected, might be we are missing some settings?

    The plugin is foundationally build to with PMPro,

    Could you please try disable woo subscription make purchase a level and confirm the issue still happen?

    Can you make it work the way I explained please, it should not diconnect discord when woo subscription renews, we’ll be happy to pay you for customization or if you already have a paid plugin which can cover this up?

    More concisely: user is not kicked out of discord server, user only lose his role after renewal.
