Discontinue support for WooCommerce 4.9

If you are seeing this message, it’s likely that your WooCommerce is outdated (4.9 or older) and it’s highly recommended to update WooCommerce to the latest version in order to make sure everything will keep working as expected and that you will have the most current features available to you.

If you don’t update, not necessarily Facebook for WooCommerce will no longer work, but if at some point you have any issues we wouldn’t be able to assist you due to the old WooCommerce version. I hope this clarifies! ??

Hi @guicmazeredo ! I have already updated the WooCommerce plugin to the latest version. However, some of my products on WordPress are not reflected on Facebook. Can you advise?

Sure! I’ll be happy to help. Did you notice any similarities between these products (e.g. they are variable products, or they all have the same category)?

Also, note that products that are out of stock or virtual products aren’t synced to Facebook. Is there any chance this could be the case here?

Hi @solstudioim , already updated both but the products are still not reflecting on my Facebook.
