    I keep getting an issue with the plugin disconnecting with Square and I have to reconnect it. This has happened about three times now. We don’t know it’s a problem until a customer goes to make a purchase and it says there is no payment option available. This is a problem….

    Yes I have an SSL and it is all setup correctly. It works for a time and then randomly disconnects from Square and I get notified when people report they are getting no payment processor available. Then I have to go back into the admin and reconnect to square. This has happened twice in the last two months.

    Does the SSL ever disconnect from the site or is it just the Square account disconnecting from the plugin?

    Just the Square account that is disconnecting.

    Which version of the Square plugin is being used? Versions 2.0.5 – 2.0.7 had difficulties with tokens so please ensure the site is using the latest version of the plugin when testing.
