    Hi
    Having installed the app for a customer, I disconnected myself from the customer’s Facebook page. This causes an error. Is there any way around this other than removing the plugin and getting mys customer to reinstall it?

    Thanks. Yes it looks fine because the developer is still the person who is registered as the user. if however that person is removed from the Facebook page then an error appears. Tx. Keith

    Dear Keith,

    You need to authorize not with the developer’s account but with someone’s account that will remain as the admin of that Facebook business page. In that case, no error will occur.
