    Hi,

I was having some plugin issues, and I had to deactivate all of them and reactivate them again. Upon doing so, my Jetpack disconnected from WordPress.com and I don’t have any of the features/stats any more. Is there a way I can get these back?

    My website is nairametrics.com

    Thanks!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Since you deactivated the plugin, Jetpack was indeed disconnected from your WordPress.com account.

You can connect it again by activating the plugin, and then going to the Jetpack menu and clicking on the Connect button.

    Hi
I have a similar problem. I have my plugin disabled, thus I was separated from wordpress. if I jetpack activate again and would connect to wordpress, I get the error message
    register_http_request_failed
GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected lengh what received.

    previously everything worked wonderfully.

    Please help

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!
