Early on in the development phase a mistake was made to create a WordPress account to match each new MailChimp subscriber. This is something I need to change (disconnect).

However, the site has many different embedded forms that I feel will break when I attempt to disconnect by removal and later restoration of the plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @sonfisher,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Can you please share the exact help you are looking for? I see that you are using a form created with “Ninja Form” in the footer of your website but is there any issue with our integration? If yes, please share more details.

Our configuration of MailChimp is creating a WordPress user account each time someone subscribes via the MailChimp form.

I need to stop this from happening.

Can I do this, without breaking the many different embedded MC forms that we have, when I attempt to disconnect by removal and later restoration of your plugin.

I don’t see our Premium addon or the UserSync addon in that list. Those are the only ways I can think of that would allow you to set up a 2 way sync that could create a WordPress user for each subscriber.

There may be ways to do this via custom code, in that case you need to find where that was added and remove it, or maybe it’s another plugin although none of these plugins stand out to me in this case.

Are you sure this is related to our plugin, MailChimp for WordPress? You don’t remember at all how you activated this feature in the first place?
