Disconnect and reconnect

I have no events showing despite following the instructions here. I’ve checked

– Make sure you have an active connection to Eventbrite (in Tools > Keyring), and that clicking “test” is successful.
– Verify the Eventbrite Events template is assigned to your page.
– Be sure you have at least one active, public event on Eventbrite.com

but still no joy.

So how do I “just disconnect and then reconnect Eventbrite again”?
