If you have access to your old WooCommerce site please follow these steps:

    1. Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    2. Restart the Pinterest onboarding
    3. Go to the Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”
    4. Disable “Enable product sync”
    5. Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save
    6. Go to the Connection tab on ?”Marketing > Pinterest”
    7. Disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”
    8. Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”
    — At this point, no feed should be present on /wp-content/uploads, no settings on the table wp-options, no Scheduled actions related to Pinterest, and no feed registered on Pinterest—

If you don’t have access to your old WooCommerce site please contact us on a new thread, we will need the URL of the site and the user Id of your Pinterest account. We will need to contact Pinterest Support. In the meantime, you can also contact on your side and explain the situation.
