I installed the plugin and connected it to your site, then could not manage anything on the plugins page of that site… can not even select a plugin can not do anything to do with plugins…

I deleted your plugin from FTP, but I am still having this issue
Any suggestion on how to resolve it?

And how to disconnect the site from the account created on your site

P>S> the site has Latest version of everything

    Hi @eyeswiseopen ,

Thank you very much for reaching out. We’re really sorry to hear about the issue,

It seems your issue is related to technical error, and our engineering team would need more information about it. Could you send us ([email protected]) an email about the errors, and may be a screenshot of the page displaying it?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    Beeketing team.

    thank you for responding

    1. the site is https://bhavit.art

    2. I will not be using beeketing on that site, so I would like to disconnect it from my account on your site. Can you please provide information on how this can be done.

    3. The issue is within the dashboard on the plugins management page, where one can install, activate, or delete plugins – I can not do anything on that page; not install new plugins, select any plugins, delete activate or deactivate… NOTHING IS POSSIBLE on that page other then move away from it!
So I am afraid no screenshot would illustrate that issue.

Like I said I deleted the plugin from FTP, but it is still somehow connected to your site. and I am left with a none functioning plugin management page.

The site was functioning as it should, before I installed Beeketing and that was the only change.

So I am assuming your plugin has left some code somewhere to cause this issue

    Look forward to your answers

    Hi @eyeswiseopen ,

Thank you very much for reaching back.

I’m really sorry for this delayed reply, but our engineering team has updated the plugin to fix the issue with the management dashboard. Would you like to update our plugin to the newest version and let me know if everything is working now? If not, our team would love to assist you further?

About your request to remove your store, if you still want to, our team would need a confirmation via email from the store owner/account creator to proceed. Could you send us ([email protected]) your request so our team could remove it for you?

Looking forward to hearing from you,
