DiscoMap API endpoints have changed

The base URLs for the DiscoMap APIs appear to have changed on DiscoMap’s end since the last update. For example, the CLC2006 data set’s WMS endpoint is now https://land.discomap.eea.europa.eu/arcgis/services/Land/CLC2006_Dyna_LAEA/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS – note the land. at the beginning. See https://discomap.eea.europa.eu/Services.aspx?agsID=11&fID=5529.

I think it’s probably worth while to provide an upgrade routine, so that the plugin automatically detects the incorrect URL in the LMM options and fixes it. But if that turns out to be too complex, the default URLs provided at plugin installation should at least be changed.
