Disclaimer won’t pop up on a ‘buy it now’

    Hi

    Recently downloaded this plugin for a woocommerce site.
    I have set up a disclaimer for one product specifically. It works well, have managed to customise the text and the pop up displays as I want.
    However, it does not work unless you click ‘add to basket’ is there a way to get it to work if you also click ‘buy it now’?

    Our plugin is designed to work with default woo-commerce functionality. Can you share the plugin you are using to add the ‘buy it now’ button, so we may look further into this.
