Disclaimer appearing on every page except Forum page

The disclaimer appears on every page except this one. Not sure what else to do I even click so it appears on everything and still doesn’t show.

The majority of the site was built in Elementor except for that page which is a bbpress plugin.

I just need the disclaimer to appear at the bottom like the rest of the site.

Actually, disclaimer will only appear on single post/page and what is you’re using is archive page of the post type so that won’t be visible on that page
