    A key component of any Human Resources system is the tracking and delivery of disciplinary actions, coachings and terminations. I don’t see that option and am quite shocked. Am I missing that? Is there a way to have it customized in? If not, this is a massive oversight.

    Glad to hear your thoughts and appreciate it.
    In WP ERP you can not track your employee, however, you can whitelist the IP addresses of your employees to limit their check-in devices.

    For whitelisted IPs navigate to

    WP ERP >> Settings >> HR management >> More >> Attendance >> Whitelisted IP’s

    Then save changes.

    To terminate an employee navigate to

    WP ERP >> HR >> View Employees >> Click on employee >> Job >> Employee Status >> Update Status >> Update
