    I am disappointed with this plugin. It’s been a month since I downloaded this plugin and spent days configuring and formatting the email content. Everything seemed fine, the emails were being delivered the way I had formatted them until today, when carrying out some tests on my website I accidentally discovered that the emails were being delivered without the format I initially created. One example of an error that occurred is: I placed an image of my company’s logo in the email header, properly centered, but the emails are being delivered with the logo aligned to the left. I’m very disappointed because I spent days working on this plugin and it suddenly disconfigured. Until I discovered this bug, I was considering buying the plugin, but I realized it’s not worth it. I’ll look for another more stable plugin than this one. I noticed that the bug started after the last update. It’s a shame because the idea of ??an update would be to improve, not make things worse. Too sad!

    I don’t encounter this issue on my site. I’m testing with the latest version of WooCommerce and Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce. In your case, you might want to double check your email setup or, I would recommend running a full conflict test as described here:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/

    It’s very possible that another plugin (or possibly even your theme) is causing the trouble, and this will help you identify the culprit.

    Solved, there was a loss of formatting with the update, but I resolved it by formatting everything again. Since it was just a question of aligning the logo in the header, I quickly corrected it, I hope this doesn’t happen again.
