Could you please give me a chance to understand the issue you are having?
We have tested the above issue related to the unsubscribe contact, but we were unable to replicate it on our site.
To determine the cause of the problem, please acknowledge the following:
1) Would you please confirm that the subscribers are unsubscribed from all lists? It usually occurs when they aren’t unsubscribed from all the lists, and there is a campaign targeting any of the lists where they are subscribed.
2) Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin (5.4.19)?
3) If the above points are checked and confirmed, could you please share the details of the email (unsubscribers received)?
If yes, then please contact our private support channel by clicking here so that I can investigate the issue on your site and resolve it.
Assure you that I will look into the issue on a priority basis and resolve it if our end is causing the problem.
