    I dont understand why after so many years there issues with basic functions.
    I have to sit and delete emails adresses one by one, because people are unsuscribing and they are still getting emails and you program shows them as unsubscribed.

    Sorry to hear that your experience with our plugin wasn’t what we had hoped for, we apologize & understand your frustration.

    Could you please give me a chance to understand the issue you are having?

    We have tested the above issue related to the unsubscribe contact, but we were unable to replicate it on our site.

    To determine the cause of the problem, please acknowledge the following:

    1) Would you please confirm that the subscribers are unsubscribed from all lists? It usually occurs when they aren’t unsubscribed from all the lists, and there is a campaign targeting any of the lists where they are subscribed.

    2) Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version of the plugin (5.4.19)?

    3)
    If the above points are checked and confirmed, could you please share the details of the email (unsubscribers received)?

    If yes, then please contact our private support channel by clicking here so that I can investigate the issue on your site and resolve it.

    Assure you that I will look into the issue on a priority basis and resolve it if our end is causing the problem.

    yes i am using the last version, first the member tried to unsuscribe 2 times,i have only 1 list, then i unsuscribed him, he was red in the list and then i send the newsletter. No matter what i did he was receiving newsletter. I had to delete his email and his profile not to send him again newsletter – broadcast.

    That’s strange! If a subscriber is marked unsubscribed, he or she will not receive emails.
