    I am really disappointed in this plugin and in Printful. I installed it more than a year ago and it was working seamlessly back then. I didn’t look at it for a while because my business was on hiatus, but this past week I had to hit ‘refresh data’ and it simply won’t sync. Everything is up to date and I’ve disabled all other plugins, but still get the same error. It tells me that the server maximum execution time needs to be increased, and support tells me to check with my web host and that there’s nothing they can do. My web host sees absolutely zero issues on their end, and no errors in the logs, or time outs. And the server execution time is already at its maximum limit. Basically I just went back and forth between support with no solution.

    I spent an entire day trying to fix it and actually got to the point where I completely deleted my WooCommerce store and reinstalled it, just to start fresh and make sure no plugins or anything could possibly be interfering with it. Still the same syncing issue. I’m now at a loss, but don’t think I will be using Printful in future, unless it’s to make manual orders, but that defeats the purpose of having an automated service.

    big thanks to @irealm42 , Image magick fix seems to have sorted it – still takes a while to sync , maybe that’s ‘normal’ , it’s my first time with printful / woocommerce so have no clue – hopefully it gets easier ?? thanks

    I have the same issue, been researching for a few hours. I am now on Woocommerce 8.8.3, WordPress 6.5.2 and on bluehost.

    managed to get my product upload working if I only uploaded a product that had 1 color ticked as available colors at Printfull end. So far tried importing to main and sub category and both were succesfull. As I am typing I am trying to add another color (2 colors for the product I am importing) …and it failed. So as long as my shirt is 1 color only then I can import it.. not great but a start.

    I can confirm that ImageMagick Engine plugin worked for me. So far added only one product, but as I previously managed to only add products with 1 color, now the upload process works as “normal”

    @irealm42 What is your settings of the ImageMagick Engine plugin? I’ve installed and ticked then unticked the ‘Enable enhanced image engine’ option, but it’s not working.

    @artsy2024 Can you help me with the plugin settings?

    Tout comme vous j’ai exactement le même problème, les mêmes messages d’erreur, les mêmes recommandations de la part de Printful.

    Ils m’ont fait faire plein de manipulation : changer la version WooCommerce, manipulation avec mon hébergeur web (Hostinger), désactiver tous les plugins, etc. Tout s’est avéré inutile !

    Cela fait 3 jours, j’y ai passé des heures et des heures.

    J’ai tenté l’extension ImageMagick Engine dont vous parlez, mais le problème n’est toujours pas résolu pour moi.

    Je ne sais plus quoi faire ! La seule solution serait de créer un compte Etsy, pour satisfaire les clients, mais ?a serait vraiment dommage, il faut tout recommencer…

    @minhm2m sorry just seeing your message.. but it worked for me right out of the box with the ImageMagick plugin. Not sure why its not for you or for @camillelpf.. perhaps there has been an update on either plugin.. I will test again and let you know if its still working for me (I haven’t created a product in a while).

    My settings…
    Enable enhanced Image engine: checked
    Image engine: Imagick PHP module
    Imagick PHP module: make sure its found
    ImageMagick quality: nothing for Optimize for quality and 70 Optimize for size
    Image Interface?: not checked

    As for the image settings, all selected for Quality.. do not use None as thats using the WP module and not Imagick.
