According to Estatik Policy, you have a limited time when you can submit tickets. You can prolong the support and you will be able to submit tickets again.
If you have submitted a ticket that was not processed for some reason, please, contact us and we will check why it could happen.
If you have a bug report, we will appreciate if you notify us about it.
