• My last ticket was opened over 1 month ago,I wrote many times saying that the problem is blocking for my business. Untill now from the support only apologies and answers to waste time. I also made myself available to pay for their support but nothing. I’m thinking to change booking plugins and I’m really sorry for this because I find it really very nice !!

    Review changed after the support team has fixed my old issue! Franco of the support team was really kind and in a couple of days my problem was finally solved. Thanks

    I’m very sorry to learn about the issues you started to have with the plugin.

    I was checking the ticketing system and there is only one issue related to DIVI template. Your support ticket was ”
    Dear support team, after the last DIVI themes and Builder update”

    It happens from time to time, sometimes we can help when third-party plugins or themes update their templates and sometimes we just can’t offer support for that kind of issue.

    Actually, it’s almost impossible to keep tweaking our plugin when a theme or plugin is updated. I think this point is something clear on our support policy and I’m very sure that other companies do that same.

    Although, your issue is not related to our plugin but an updated a third-party theme did we would be happy to help you.

    I saw that you’ve provided the requested credentials and one of the developers is trying to find out what’s causing the issue after you updated your theme. Please note, we can’t give you deadline for this kind of issue, this is something that we have to investigate and we have to tweak our core plugin in order to make it work with the new update. I hope that you understand that this plugin is used for other users, which means that a simple tweak might affect many users.

    We will update your ticket ASAP.

    Again, we will try our best in order to apply a tweak for the new version of your DIVI theme.

    To the moderators, I’m not trying to offer support here. I’m just trying to resolve the issue this client had after updating his theme. I’m taking care of this issue outside of WordPress forums.

    We apologizes for the inconvenience.

    As I’ve explained to you several times, this is not an issue with the plugin but your theme that’s overriding all the h4 elements by using !important, that’s not the right way to develop WP Themes. Aside from that we’ve found a solution for your custom WP Theme.

    We offer support only for Booking Ultra Pro not third-party themes. However, if the tweak is simple we’re happy to help you with your theme as well.

    Just updated your ticket. I’m sure we will find a solution for your theme. Actually, we’ve already found it, just submit the information we’ve requested and we will send you the css coding.
