disappointing quality & support for Soliloquy

on the 19/8/2019 we purchased a $99 developer pack, based on the good reputation of Soliloquy and our need for a slider that could handle scheduling and locally hosted video. All of our sliders with video failed from the get-go, with javascript ‘type’ errors in Chrome, (and other browsers). After following the suggested diagnosis and reporting process to submit a support ticket, (21/8/2019), we’re still waiting on a reply/acknowledgment.
If we don’t hear from them soon, I’ll cancel the subscription. Very disappointing support/qualityPeter Reynolds
