Disappointing Plugin with No Support

  • I purchased the pro version of this plugin, and I’m very disappointed. The VPN blocking feature doesn’t work at all, and the ‘One vote per IP’ and ‘One vote per device’ options are poorly implemented. They rely on cookies stored in the browser, which can easily be deleted, allowing users to vote multiple times.

    The only feature that works decently is the OTP voting via email (though I haven’t tested the SMS option).

    As for support, it’s non-existent. I’ve sent several emails and WhatsApp messages with no real response, aside from a single message saying, ‘Sorry to hear this.’ After that, nothing. The plugin is riddled with bugs and completely ruins the design when added to the front page. It even crashes the Elementor builder on the backend.

    Regarding the positive reviews, I’m skeptical about their authenticity. Some of the profiles leaving high ratings seem questionable.”

    And regarding the “positive” ratings. I think that they are all fake. You can see some of the profiles who have “rated” this plugin.

    Hi, yes you have received my messages. Sometimes you respond, sometimes no. And it takes 2 weeks to write an “OK” or “Create a test admin and send the details to me”. The plugin has conflicts with Elementor builder. The icons on Elementor builder are disappeared when the plugin is installed.

    I even have sent you instructions to modify code accordingly so even Editors can create / edit posts.
