Disappointing Plugin

My team and I had nothing but issues getting the premium version to work out of the box. Flip a coin! Sometimes you will see either some of the data from Gravity Forms sent to Salesforce or you won’t see any of the data sent to Salesforce.

The most frustrating thing is that there are hardly any videos, documentation, or information on setting up the plugin or troubleshooting any issues properly. In 2024 that is completely unacceptable. Yes, there are a few screenshots on the CRMPerks website, but they’re not very helpful. In fact, trying to find any help on Youtube about this plugin will only lead you to information about other, more trustful, plugins like Zapier. The Gravity Forms Youtube channel even has a video on setting up and using Zapier to send leads from Gravity Forms to Salesforce.

We really wanted this plugin to work, and spent nearly a month trying to run tests and figure out the problems but eventually, we came to the conclusion that we never should have trusted this plugin and should have originally just used Zapier.
