Disappointing experience with pro version

I would like to warn new users. As we can expect free version is highly limited and not suitible for e-commerce. After I purchased Pro version, things didn’t turn out as expected either. There were issues everywhere: from button size til text alignment, there were missing buttons, arrows, social icons, some features are not working properly. The Theme developers tried to help, but the same errors occurred again, and they were unable to fix them. They sent updates mutiple times ,but upon installation, nothing has changed and new and old problems constantly arise. I don’t have a time to play with the same issues all month. When I requested to refund my money, they informed me that assistance is providing and money for digital products can’t be refunded. Be careful when choosing Themes.
