Disappointing Experience – One Star

As an active user of WordPress and BuddyBoss, I found the ConvertBox plugin’s performance severely lacking. It’s incredibly disheartening that despite the evident incompatibility with BuddyBoss and the absence of updates for over nine months, the company behind ConvertBox has not taken steps to address these critical issues.

The lack of updates has led to persistent conflicts, making it almost unusable in conjunction with BuddyBoss. Despite reaching out to their support team, their response only added to the disappointment. Their stance on not planning updates in the foreseeable future is unacceptable, especially when it’s nearing a year without any improvements.

I strongly advise potential users, especially those relying on BuddyBoss, to reconsider integrating ConvertBox into their WordPress setup until the compatibility issues and the absence of updates are adequately resolved. It’s regrettable to encounter such a lack of commitment to product maintenance and user support.
