• I’m a little bummed because this seemed like a good solution for me as far as printing shipping labels go. I didn’t have to leave my dashboard to print it out. But lately the system only delivers connection errors, and one time it charged me three times for a single shipping label I never even got to use and can’t claim a refund for.

    Hi there,

I’m sorry you’ve had a frustrating experience with WooCommerce Shipping.

It’s odd that you were charged for 3 labels.

WooCommerce Shipping uses Jetpack to connect back to our servers. Maybe there is an issue with your Jetpack connection?

You should be able to request a refund from the order. Take a look at this doc for more info – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shipping-and-tax/woocommerce-shipping/#section-7

We’d be happy to help process label refunds for you. Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
