Disappointing

This plugin may work OK right out-of-the-box and “as is”, but if you know you’re looking at the possibility of needing to customize a plugin to get just the right chat feature for your website… this plugin is NOT it. Even if you anticipate only slight modifications, this plugin is NOT for you. For example, you won’t get access to CSS styling as you get with most WP plugins. If you’re not an advanced code writer, you’ll need to hire a developer at extra expense to get what you want. Can’t recommend this plugin because Support is NOT all that helpful. Best advice… skip it!
