Disappointing

  • Poorly laid out admin pages – please don’t take over my admin with your “news” content and logos everywhere. Respect the UI! Annoying to say the least. More importantly, very confusing as it is difficult to know what, exactly, the functionality of this plugin is, other than to place a Reverbnation button in a widget. Of course, the author provides many links to premium “add-ons”. Very disappointing.
    Finally, why the huge text everywhere about JS and Ajax?
    I no longer use this plugin.

  • Pffft. Yeah, they got me too… This plugin was the worst thing I’ve installed to my site in more than a year. It seemed to work, but the only thing is did was show their news and ads. Sucky, sucky work on this.

    BTW, when someone starts saying “we don’t use this” or “we don’t use that” (such as all their comments about JS and AJAX) it’s usually because they don’t know what they’re doing with it. And anyway, this plugin has no need for either of the technologies, so them singing up the lack of it is just laughable.
