• I,m disappointed with the support.
    For a couple of weeks ago i opened a support ticket about that the latest proversion did not work at all at the backend.
    The free version does, but when i activate the pro, it’s totally gone from the backend.

    And no answer at all for my support ticket.
    Sounds like, when i have your money, i don’t care about you anymore.

    UPDATE
    Still no support, but i have resolved the problem without any support, so i give the plugin one more star, but not more because of the support.

    I have to delete that version (which was the latest than) of the plugin and install the latest version now.
    Than it works again.

    I’m glad that you managed to solve the issue by yourself. I’m sorry about this. I understand your disappointment. Usually, we would reply between 24-48 hours, sometimes quicker than that.

    However, sometimes, our reply got stuck in the spam folder, could you please check that in your inbox? If you do find it there, could you please mark it as not spam? This way we could ensure that you do get our email.
