DISAPPOINTED WCFM CUSTOMER SERVICE

i jumped from Dokan to WCFM with great hopes and i bought WCFM Ultimate. when i do research about wcmf i saw they are giving a great support to their customers with codes. I have posted several thread in wordpress -> wcfm but still they haven’t replied.
1. WCFM DOESN’T EVEN SOPPRT BASIC SHIPPING RULES LIKE “first kg $10 and to add $2 per additional Kilograms.” Disappointed. asking to hire a developer even for a simple rule. it is a shame that wcfm doesn’t support this Link to the thread ..,, Another Link to the same issue …., Another Thread for the same issue
2. WCFM DOESN’t Have “free shipping” selection in drop down as a default we have to hire a developer to add free shipping as default OR ELSE vendor has lots of work to do to add free shipping there like adding zone bla bla Link to the thread
3. They can’t even help with a code with is “View more seller” button. a text which redirects to vendor store page. Link to the thread
4. Best selling products in store page Link to the thread
5. Disabling vendor to make purchases from the vendor account Link to the thread
6. Excluding shipping cost by category Link to the thread
7. Show polices under vendor store tabs Link to the thread
In premium ticket they are asking to hire a developed to add these basic features which should be in a multivendor plugin by default. i’m really disappointed about purchasing WCFM. I still have a little bit of hope ill get a solutions for all these issues because i really need those to be done
