Disappointed & No Replies To Emails

After all the great reviews on this plugin I decided to purchase it to try. I have been using WP Rocket for awhile now and was hoping this would give even better results and some of the features just looked awesome. Well, installed and just a bunch of issues. Spent hours trying to configure, disabling merging of scripts and all the normal stuff (have done this many times before with other caching plugins) but no luck. I couldn’t even get my CDN (Stackpath) to work with the plugin. I contacted StackPath and they looked at everything as well and couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work. I ended up switching back to WP Rocket and right away everything including my CDN worked just fine. I emailed Swift Performance multiple times about this asking for a refund but not even a response to tell me to go away. Not really worried about it since it wasn’t that much money for the pro version, but the fact that they don’t even respond to customer requests is what bothers me. Looks like most people like the plugin, so hopefully it works for them…..but if you need support I wouldn’t count on getting any response.
