Disappears behind nav bar

I’m using the ‘Google Language Translator’ plugin which can be seen in the top left corner of the site.
When the ‘Language’ button is clicked the flags are hidden behind the nav bar. Please see video – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fv3A7qQXCAA5CuZ3xhhWXRpJnLp8omTN/view
Is there a way to make the ‘Language’ button appear above the nav bar? Could I add something to the CSS box in the plugin?
