disappearing video

hi, can anyone help me figure out what’s wrong with my video?
it keeps on disappearing whenever i hover on a link. and i have to scroll to make it visible again.

i think this is only a “side” div issue because i tried to post a video and in the “entries” div, it doesnt hide when i hover on comments link.. so i really think something’s messed up with my sidebar!??

help please!
