Disappearing menu icons (cart, products). Error while calculating shipping

    Sometimes when I add products to the shopping cart, several icons disappear from the top menu and from the shopping cart page. The icons are for example the shopping cart icon and “remove from cart” icon.

    Additionally, when I am on the shopping cart page and want to change the shipping method, the price is not updating accordingly and I cannot proceed to the next page (cashout).

    Could you please tell me what can be the problem and how to fix it.

    There’s many reasons why this could happen, either due to Storefront or something else. Do you have a link to your site so I can take a quick look?

    In addition would you mind sending us your system status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
