Disappearing footer

    Hello,

    I hope you can help. I have used your plug in to sort out my header menu items on my website https://artisstudios.com/. However, when I came to download the latest update, my footer menu disappeared, and the only way I can get it back is to disable the plug in which then loses all my settings for the header.

    Is this a bug? Please help asap, as at the moment no-one can access our blog, client area or contact us – quite important bits!

    Will look into it. If you check other threads, you may find the solution. Many users have complained that plugin is not working but later they figured it out to make it work again.

    If nothing works you can downgrade.

    ah – how do I downgrade? I have tried a lot – I even got the developer of my template to look at it but we haven’t figured out a way to do it

    also, is there a way to downgrade without having to redo all my menu settings? I’ve found the developers section and downloaded the link, but its failing when I try and update and I don’t want to delete the latest version if I don’t have to.

    You should be able to downgrade without having to redo all your settings. Get the version that worked for you and install it.
