    Hello,

    I have problems with disappearing automations. Two days ago I’ve set three automations with message on each new order (1 for each language – polish, english, russian). Few hours later I say my automation list is empty, I assumed that maybe I saved something wrong and created automations once again. Everything worked fine until now, I logged in again and automation list on my side is empty, no e-mails are being sent. At the same time, when I log in to wp-admin from another device, I can see those automations (I have screens on both devices) BUT automations are still not being sent.

    This is urgent issue as car rental is already published and customers are supposed to get e-mails with payment details… ??

    Could you tell me which versions of WooCommerce, WordPress, PHP and our plugin you are using in your store?

    Hi, sure!

    ShopMagic: 3.0.8
    WordPress: 6.1.1
    WooCommerce: 7.3.0
    PHP: 7.4

    Now I can see automations back but logs show only e-mails sent to one user (which happens to be another admin testing their website), another clients are not included in logs so I don’t know now if they get their automation or not.

    Edit: “To” field is filled with shortcode {{ customer.email }}

    Update: I’ve noticed another strange issue – one automation that disappeared at first, never appears again on the list, however when that another admin made test transaction, both automations were send (the one visible on the list and the older one that is no more visible and while clicking on it on log list, it redirects me to creating new automation).

    Hello,

    We’ve noticed another issue – besides the fact automations are still not being sent, those which were sent to page admin are sent in the wrong language – both website and user’s browser were in Polish, however she received English version of automation.

    ShopMagic logs guest clients, however no e-mails are still being sent od logged by the plugin. Configuring WP Mail SMTP didn’t help, all customers get native WooCommerce e-mails (with information that next steps will be sent in separated e-mail through ShopMagic which never appears in their inbox).
