I am having trouble with my anchors. Here’s an example of a working anchor I’ve created to go from one page to a specific point on another page (I hope this counts as proof I actually know how to create an anchor initially :).

    *Sarevok’s Secret*

This anchor is currently functioning on my site. But anytime I go back in to update some text or insert a new photo they disappear and the links within the page will look like links, but not jump to the text I want when clicking on them again.

Sometimes an update will remove a handful of the anchors, sometimes none of them will work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am putting off adding them to my site because I am tired of seeing them disappear!

    Thanks for your time,

    finchy

    Hi @somuch4gravity,

The blog you’re linking to is running on WordPress.com, which means that it’s running the Automattic version of Lovecraft. It looks mostly the same as the www.remarpro.com version, but the code is fundamentally different. This is probably also not caused by the theme itself, but by how the WordPress.com post editor handles links. I’d recommend you to send a support request to the WordPress.com support forums and see if someone there can help out.
