Disappearance of a member in the members page

    Hello,
    One of my members is present in the WordPress accounts.
    I have not given the possibility to remove the visibility of the “Member” page.
    The option is set to “no” in the “Hide my profile from directory” option.
    Despite this, this member is not visible in the “Members” page.
    Could you help me ?

    Could you please tell us what version of UM you’ve installed on your site? Also, please provide a screenshot of your Member Directory settings. You can use imgur.com to upload the image and then post the Image URL here so we can review it.
