• Hi,
    I like your plugin, it is very simple and easy to configure.
    I am just facing one issue which I guess is related to CSS can you check it on my website: peach dot rivaajtrader dot com. On full screen all the contents of news are visible on page, when I view it on mobile or reduce my browser window they disappears on the screen.
    Please guide me to resolve this issue.

    Thanks
    MAK

    I get a “This webpage is not available” when I attempt to go to the address you provided. Could you please check and re-type?

    Thanks!

    Thanks. I’m not sure what is going on with your site, I’m not seeing the ticks at all. All the html and scripts seem to be generating fine and I’m not seeing any javascript errors. Could you run through this article https://metaphorcreations.ticksy.com/article/1483/ and see if you have a plugin (or theme) that is causing some sort of a conflict?

    Thanks for your reply. I added the below code in settings -> custom Css:

    @media all and (max-width: 1024px) {
    .mtphr-dnt-rotate .mtphr-dnt-tick, .mtphr-dnt-scroll .mtphr-dnt-tick {
    display: block;
    position:relative;
    margin-bottom:8px;
    }
    }

    It displays the news (all) in small screen but without animation. Any idea?

    Thanks

    I’m not sure. For some reason the javascript for the rotating ticker isn’t firing on your site.

    Where you able to run through the article I linked to above? This is the only way to find a possible conflict with another plugin/theme.
