Disapointing

I feel let down by these guys.

First the back up is not a back up as you would expect, it does not auto send a failed email so pretty pointless.

Second they recommend companies based on what? I have asked and had no response from them so I can only presume they get some kind of commision or kick back.

I used one of the platforms they recommended, utter useless false reasons for fails large amount of fails and poor customer service, the company they recommended which I won’t name has also changed the name in the past and after looking into things more they have really poor reviews when using for SMTP which makes you wonder why WP Mail SMTP are recommending these.

I have now paid for the full legit version of this before I realised all of the above but if I had noticed first I would probably not have bothered using these.

Victoria from support also said I was supposed to get emails when fails happen but this does not happen either.
