  • No. Clicking is client side. You can’t do anything about it.

    You might be able to use Javascript to get the effect you want but Javascript is also client side so the user can turn it off.

    You can prevent form submission and ajax calls for non-logged in users though.

    It does not have to be full-proof, but just something to put a speed bump in the process basically.
