• Hi – I loaded Health-Check in order to troubleshoot a problem. I enableed troubleshooting, changed the theme and did the testing. I ascertained it was the theme so then went in to the plug in to disable troubleshooting, but pressing the button did nothing. I found a log on your support where someone else had also had this problem and the advice was to log out as it was only activated for the session. So I logged out, closed the browser and went back in. The Troubleshooting mode was indeed deactivated, but the website was completely screwed up. Shortcodes had not resolved and were appearing as text. So we had to go to back up to resolve the problem. All in all, a complete nightmare of an afternoon.
I would really like to be able to use your plug in but given my experience, I am unable to. The theme is Kadence Virtue – do you know whether you are compatible with it? Have you seen this problem elsewhere? thank you.

    Hiya,

I’ve seen something that sounds similar in a case where a host was running caching on the admin side (generally not the best of ideas), which caused the troubleshooting mode session to be cached for site visitors.

I’m not saying this is the case for you, but it’s the closest I can think of.

If you visit the plugins page, were your plugins shown as enabled or disabled (and was it saying you were in troubleshooting mode still)?
