Disabling Top Injection Not Working

    I’m having trouble with disabling Header and Footer plugin on a page. When I check the Disable the box for top injection & or Bottom the plugin still works.

    I am attempting to disable Google Tag Manager on one specific URL, so if anyone knows an alternative method that would also help.
