disabling thumbnails

    I uploaded about 700 images in one setting and it took a very long time. I’m assuming it’s because it’s generating the thumbnails. Any way to disable that?

    The fastest way is by using the import admin page. First ftp them to your ‘depot’ directory, tha run the import proc; make sure you set the delay time to 0 sec. on that page.

    You should not want to bypass thumbnail creation, as the system relies upon their existance.
