    Hello !
I have disabled the plugin, deleted it, restored database, but keep having this notice that WP_debug was already defined and a lot of white spaces on the website.
Reinstalling wordpress and theme, deleting plugin and cleaning database didn’t fix it.
Reinstalled the plugin, and unchecked the default “Set WP_DEBUG to true. ”
    Now everything works.
Please make an condition to remove any changes from this plugin when is deactivated.
    Thank you !

I’m sorry you were having a problem. The plugin stores the settings that you have prior to activation and restores those settings on deactivation.

It is likely that you already had WP_DEBUG defined prior to activation of this plugin.

FWIW all the changes made by this plugin are in the wp-config.php file.
