Disabling “Mobile Site” version of my site.

This is a “how to” (as opposed to a “problem”) thing. At some point when I was customizing my site WP offered me the option of choosing a “mobile site” version to appear on mobile devices – and I did. I would now like to disable this mobile site because it opens directly onto my news/blog section (which is of secondary) and to get to the full site, the reader has to go right to the bottom and actually choose to do so.
I have searched my WP dashboard (partic. The “reading” settings) but cannot figure out how to disable the mobile site and cannot remember how it was enabled in the first place. As you can probably tell, I am a complete amateur at this and this is my first attempt at a site.
