• Hello,
I’m having an odd problem with my clients website https://www.alphascan.co.uk

We have W3 total Cache installed. But I wanted to disable the minification option as Cloudflare will be handling that. However, when disabling the minification, the sliders on the website stop working. Object cache is disbaled – enabling it makes no odds either. The sliders worked OK before installing W3. I tried deactivating and deleting W3 plugin and the sliders still won’t load, so it’s been installed and enabled again.

However, the sliders still didn’t work so I ran a website and database restore through the hosting company that reset everything back and the sliders now work again, but minification is still enabled. How can I disable the minification and have the sliders work as they should?

Databases seem to be working OK.

    Hello @lucy_jo

When you make any changes, you mush flush cache completely. So, enable the plugin again, disable minify mode and flush your site cache. Now check if the slider works now.

Just FYI, to completely remove the W3TC, you need to delete cache files and folders from wp-content folder, and remove the define from wp-config.php

    Have a good day!

    Cheers
    Ash
