Disabling JavaScript-loading is ignored

Hi!

I’m having a JS-conflict (with plugin Frontend Editor) and so I tried disabling the loading of Javascript for Contact Form 7, as described here: https://contactform7.com/loading-javascript-and-stylesheet-only-when-it-is-necessary/

But neither method works, I still get this on every page:

What’s going wrong?
