DISABLING: Disable post author box display?

So you just want to hide that checkbox? But still having the rest of Authors metabox?

Yes, exactly. I am using Elementor/Wordpress blocks to show Author Box, and this button does not appear to affect them.

@kpkpkp We do not have a feature to hide this box yet. However you could easily using plugin like PublishPress Capabilities Pro. We have a general guidance on this: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/hide-element-wordpress-admin/
