Disabling comment URL Previews

I just noticed that a comment waiting to be approved had a URL with it. My mouse crossed over the link on the left of the approve comments page https://www.example.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php?comment_status=moderated I really dislike this preview feature. Can it be disabled? I don’t see any options anywhere. A few blog posts are suggesting this is a function of Akismet.
