    Sorry to hear about the trouble — this may mean that your mobile device’s IP was locked out from using an old password if you have changed passwords recently, or that Wordfence is not configured to get IPs correctly with the setup of the host you are using.

    Are you able to log in using a web browser? If so, can you see the blocked or locked-out IP of the mobile device, using Wordfences Blocked IPs page? It should list a reason why the IP was blocked, if so.

    That was exactly what it was, Matt. Own phone ip (Verizon data) was locked out. Thanks a bunch.

    Ok, great! If it was just an old password causing the lockout, that’s good, but if you’re not sure why the lockout happened, there still may be something to fix. Just reply here, if so. Thanks!
