disabled widget after update to version 3.7.20

  • after update to 3.7.20, side widget wont show anymore
    I try to reset themes and rebuild the setting, and side widget still wont show
    but for footer widget, it’s fine

    please help me

    NOTE : I cant access bytesforall websites, using 2 different connection both from my office and my home, and always result in connection error but using proxy, I can access it and just send notice via forum’s contact us, please respond
